Man this game has problems in fact i cant play it no more last i was in the wild west lot and then i took a break then last i wanted to continue playing then it told me that it is curropted and had to be deleted now everytime i try to load my game it tells me it is curropted nothing but shit
I played MCL as a horny 12-14 year old, and I never and probably never will play the originals due to computer restrictions/requirements and unavailability. So…I’m an unlucky bastard I am.
Stop raping LSL ffs. 2D is LSL. Wish there where some team17 employees who still cared about the game and who have the skill to create the old look and feel.

I know Al, he is a friend of mine. According to him they started this game without even talking to him at all – it has nothing to do with him not being interested, but it has to do with the producers not giving proper credits to the maker. They simply ripped off his classic “leisure suit larry” idea and made some crap that he himself was not even part of.
all i could find out at the time was that Al had basically been dismissed when leisure suit larry 8 was being made. it was supposed to be in spac eor something silly like that. he left and tried amking some other game but then just kind of retired from video gaming, sierra got bought by i think microprose at the time and the killed off sierra for a few years

But it did live up to its name however, it was a “box office bust”.

Well, at least if they made it like Larry Magna Cum. even that version which sucks by the way is enjoyable and much much much more fun.
