There are so many people out that that have saved the money up to buy a holiday home, most of them prefer to rent them for the best part of the year. The best reason to get a holiday home is of course that it will bring in the cash throughout the year. Many people have reported all kinds of accidents over the years, here are some of the best or I suppose worst accidents out there.

Falling Over

Although many places such as Villas will not actually have stairs there are many places that do and just like in their own homes it is more than possible to fall down the stairs. Equally there are many people that fall down by the pool and this is usually because they are not following the guidelines laid down by the owner. It is not just the kids that love running around the pool, many adults do it for a laugh and if the area is wet it will eventually reasult in an injury.

Broken Furniture

Next on the list is the broken furniture, apparently there is a lot of this and people always deny they have done it. It is safe to say that we all know the reason on how beds and sofas get broken abroad, couples are more relaxed.

Fires

Whilst there are hardly ever any fires that post a risk to the entire holiday home there are fires when people put candles too near to flammable things and over load those log fires and BBQ’s. It is certainly very easy to overload a fire on a BBQ when you are impatient but surely putting a candle near a curtain is just plain ignorance?
